COUNTER Compliance Coming in June

ASTM is pleased to announce that we will be COUNTER compliant by this June 2009.  We have been working with MPS Technologies to implement our COUNTER program.  In the coming weeks, IP subscribers to the Digital Library will be contacted and set up to receive access to the MPSInsight interface where they can access COUNTER reports.
